Companies House Fee Increase February 2026

Companies House has announced that some of its fees will be increasing as of 01 February 2026.
The
increases are to help fund Companies House enhanced powers under the Economic
Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
Confirmation
Statement filing fees will increase from £34 to £50 for digital filing and £110
for paper filing. All Confirmation Statements filed by Foremans are completed
through the digital systems so our clients should be paying the £50 fee to
Companies House.
