Off-Payroll Working IR35 Postponed

The Treasury Minister, Steve Barclay, speaking in the House of Commons yesterday evening, announced that the changes to IR35 in the private sector due to be implemented on 06 April 2020 will be delayed for a year.

Following the Budget confirmation that the changes would go ahead the delay has been implemented because of the current Coronavirus pandemic.
